My favorites are, in no particular order: FTL, There came an Echo, Minecraft, and SimCity 4. I've got an Amazon Music playlist playlist that has everything I love with the exception of FTL because the FTL OST is remixed and sounds wildly different to me and I don't like it.

Blazblue, all the games in the mainline series actually. The older games have that crunchier, old-school rock sound and the newer games go for the more epic sound.

Controversial opinion i'm sure: I find the Blazblue soundtrack to be better than the Guilty Gear soundtrack (which was the composer's first and more well-known project).
