no need for log files just run it and see if your PC is stable and pass all the test without the errors.....
Well....that's good but also bad news because as we suspected from the beginning unfortunately all of this point that most likely your GPU is the cause of the problems.......If you have any other GPU in the house that you can switch and re-test and see if the problem persist or If you can bring this GPU to your friends PC or yours spare PC and test it there maybe?

Yep you do that and see IF the problem persist because it's still possibility that is something else the root of your problem(maybe PSU,motherboard...etc)but again so far everything point on that GPU....GL

I really do hope that you use that PC for more than that or at least play some actually demanding titles.
Talk about waste of hardware,run such potato titles on a beast system like that.
