I tryed to modify my memory timings on my card (Gecube 9550XT 400/500 128MB Hynix2.8). The base were the bioses on this site. After examining the different bioses with this mem I made a list. The final values were based on 9600XT values. I didn't flashed the bios, only used the Rabit realtime settings. I could not set the timings, the last 2 values could not be set to the desired value, but exept of this, there was no problem. When I tested it with 3Dmark2003, the texture was messy, so I set back to default values. My problem is since that my mem is a bit "instable". Before this its max was above 690MHz, but now it still makes errors at 660MHz...
Anyone has the same problem??

You probably damaged a ram chip

Then why is it working on default frequency (500)?
The chips are warm in use (45C on the back side with alu heatsink) of Atitool "Find max mem".

You probably damaged only one ram chip, that is only accessed at the end of the memory spectrum so you would only see artifacts once you loaded up something with lots of textures.

Your not getting artifacts just running windows, right?

OK, I was not clear. Atitool is running for 20-30 minutes with "Find max", but after this time the memory going to be hot. Atitool is testing the whole memory spectrum, isn't it?
