Getting a Steam Server up at home

I was wondering what i would need to run a L4D or TF2 server on a spare comp. Here is my connection http://www.cogeco.ca/en/high-speed-internet-_o.html . I have the Pro package at far right. What would pc's specs need to be to run a dedicated server?

The more powerful the better. My buddy ran a cs cz (i think it was cz) on a laptop. Gigabit ethernet would be amazing to help with this but not required. Something of a core to duo and a few gigs a ram should be able to handle it.

with l4d u need atleast 5mb/s of upload, im not sure on tf2 but i would suspect that its simmilar to css and be about 512kb/s for a 10 man 66tick. and remember that if u are not on the back bone in a major city it will lag with non regional people
