I have bunch of San Ace fans that are all sleeved, the first three have molex connectors on them and are running at 7V, so they are much quieter than the ones that are wired to a 4 pin connector that are running 12v. $13 shipped for singles or $36 shipped for all three

Another set of San Ace fans, sleeved as well, however these run at 12v and move some air, $14 shipped a piece. Also I have a bnib Scythe SFlex SFF21G 1900rpm fan, $14 shipped

no just ran them at 1200 5-5-5-15 with less than rated volts (2.0 vs 2.1)
