Hello guys i cant fix this problem for 5 months so i thought you could help me.

-On August 2015 i have bought a new Gigabyte GTX 960IX-OC but i had 350w GOLDENFIELD chinese psu and i could not run the gpu,i mean i was using the pc just for youtube/facebook etc..I was not gaming because the pc was shuting down.

-While i was using the goldenfield psu my pc was connected to the TV Fuego 1080p using HDMI.(I have not connected my old ASUS monitor)

-After 2-3 weeks i have bought used CM B700w and in games i had bad fps frops and gpu usage was going from 99% to 0%.After some time i have spotted some liquid coming from the psu and BAM broken electrolyte. There were some liquid drops on the mobo and the GPU and i have cleaned them later.

-Before i notice the broken psu i have conected my 9yr old monitor to my pc using DVI-VGA adaptor and i could nnot set my nattive resolution 1440x900p 16:10 75Hz.I was using it on 1280x1024p 60Hz.I had flicker on screen too if i lower on higher the resolution and the HZ.

-I was using the PC with the CM for one week than returned back to the seller and finally bought a new Antec VP450-P psu with 450W Real Power. There was no problems at all :D

-I have connected my pc to my HDMI tv and everything was working good, there were some fps drops sometimes in games and big stutter like in COD Black Ops 3 and GTA V but i thought the problem is the ram and i have upgrade it to 8GB.

-Every 2nd week i am conecting my pc to my TV 1080p using HDMI for 2-3 days than i get back to my analog monitor.Black Ops 3 is still unplayable,GTA V is crashing at 6005MB ram usage.....

-I went to service with my pc and thay told me that the analog monitor is 16:10 and its too old to give the native res using with GTX 960.Also i did not mentoned that my analog monitor sometimes is shuting down and i have to pull the Power cable and plug in again to give me signal while the pc is working...-this is bad i know.

-Today i have conected to my 1080p TV and problems again, Cant open Photoshop,Run gpu test + AGAIN i have spoted liquid drops all over in my case.WTF again the PSU?

-Question is WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!? 6.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg 4.jpg
-In some games like Test Drive Unlimited 2 that is 5years old game i CANT GET 60 FPS max 1080p and my gpu load is not 99% WHY ?
-In cities skylines same shit gpu laod 77% fps 44 on medium-high WHY IS GPU LOAD NOT GOING TO 99%?
-This is the result and i did not have any crashes while the test was runing + from the gpu some strange diferent noise were coming....
Why the POWER CONSUMTION IS NOT 99% ? (or it sholud not be 99% :p )
fuck me.jpg

Why in some games the gpu load is not goin on 99% and i cant reach 60fps or more ?

Start there... search the source...

seconds the numbers look normal btw.

No i have change it.Now im using Antec 450w

The board must be leaking... Make some good high rez pictures, show us the board. It could explain your GTA erorrs... Black Ops 3 is an error itself lol.

Does the liquid has some semi sweet odor?

Clean out the stuff :D Use your vacuum cleaner nose :D

What an old case... You sure your RAM sticks are both same type? It may cause trouble.

I would like to have seen CPU VRM section, but by the character of the spread... it may just been lurking out of the PSU... you sure there aren't some liquid still inside CPU heatsink, it just still acts as a lawn sprinkler.

Thx i will take a picture of that when im come home.I just dont get it why this is new psu...Is this caused by when my monitor randomly shut down and i have to unplug and plug in again than i get signal but my led keyboard and the joypard led light flashes when i do that.Fuck my life i just dont have luck in computers :(

Now what you suggest me to do ?
Continue whit this problem and monitor or ?
