Gigabyte GTX1070 mini 0 Mhz GPU clock , 0 Mhz memory , 0 memory size

hello to everyone
I have a GTX1070 mini from Gigabyte when checking with GPUz it displays - 0 Mhz GPU clock, - 0 Mhz memory, - 0 memory size
I tried to rewrite the driver from the official website and it doesn't let it install
if anyone experienced something like this?
P.S. all the voltage values on the board are present, I did not find any short

Check device manager for code 43 or similar.

error code 43 is present, I rewrote the bios, I checked the bios power, everything seems fine
when testing vram does not see the device
voltages VDDCR-GFX are present

Expected...gpu card is death, when OS tried to enable 3D from the driver initialization it reports 43, time to move on.
