Hi folks,
So I've got a problem with a RX570 GPU, when using the card normally it is working fine however if I full screen a Youtube Video the 3 monitors starts flashing if I leave it it will eventually lock up the system and all 3 monitors goes blank, when the flashing occurs I sometimes I artifacts but not all the time, when flashing occurs its more of a green line down the bottom.
After troubleshooting I found the card is getting very hot however I did a re-paste hasn't helped but what has helped is placing a fan on top of the Graphics Card itself which when watching YouTube videos it no longer flashes with no artifacts, when the system does a full lockup I power down the system power it back on then all I get is pink dots on the ASUS BIOS screen, Powering down the system and leaving it for 5 to 10 minutes the artifacts disappears and runs fine for awhile then starts acting up again. It is hit and miss sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn't.
Something I have noticed is if you slightly move the GPU in the PCI-E slot it also occurs but with artifact, I have however re-seated the Graphics Card but without the fan on top the card just overheats.
Any ideas ?
Regards
