The Glorious Modular Mechanical Keyboard has been updated! This review goes over the larger 96% version with a dedicated numpad. It is available in multiple colors and layouts, as well as a barebones kit or pre-built edition. Several new features make it an excellent keyboard at a great price.

Not a bad price for this piece of kit. I've had a couple of Glorious mice, did not last well and I had to rma one. I'm not a fan of the USB C port on the keyboard. Gets knocked about easily. I'm more of a fan of a hidden usb port under the keyboard and just the wire sticking out. Having said this I am currently using the Womier K87 keyboard with Tecsee Purple Panda swirches. The USB port on the Wormier is in the same position and it gets banged about all the time while repositioning the keyboard...

I'd love if they made a wireless option but knowing mech. keyboards the price would be insane :(

At least they finally moved the full board (96% but close enough) to a detachable cable, even if they didn't route it through the bottom (can't have it all I guess)

No ISO :(

I also prefer the top mounted design like the Glorious has, easier to clean
Well, now you know why this got a recommendation as well despite the higher cost.

Why would that be ?

Probably because some folks who just want moar epeen and/or have moar $$ than brains would gladly pay out their arses for them without even flinching, hahahaha :D

I have 5x Logitech G613 wireless mechanicals, and they only cost me ~$80 each..... granted they aren't quite up to the same level as these units are, but still quite nice, reliable and long lasting (my oldest one is almost 4 years old)........

My Anne pro II is both wired and wireless, C connection.

This Glorious is tempting as i have never even used the wireless on this and could use the arrow keys.

So it's an Akko 3098B without wireless and ever so slightly more expensive but you get a PrintScreen key? I like it, especially the keycaps, I hope they'll be available separately. I'm happy to see this form factor getting some more attention.

A product with gold plated anything? Count me out.

edit: Also no low profile keys? What a useless product.

Seriously? Those are your complaints? :slap::laugh:

For me, the deal-breaker is the lack of volume control keys, but this KB is meant to be compact..

Yup, W1zzard didn't realize I had embedded older URLs before he changed them prior to publishing. I am editing them back in now, thanks for letting me know.

Edit: Done!
