It'll be easier to tweak and/or run higher clocks and tighter timings if you go with two DIMMs, like 2x16.
would u suggest 3200 cl 14
or 3600 cl16
if i’m gonna tune it
is it dependent on the game ?

Honestly.. G.Skill Ripjaws, 3600 CL16, 2x16GB, call it a day. You're stressing a bit too much over it.would u suggest 3200 cl 14

I haven’t run 2x16 but in a BZ video he said it was the same as 4x8 for clocking..It'll be easier to tweak and/or run higher clocks and tighter timings if you go with two DIMMs, like 2x16.

Typically it's harder on the IMC. Sure it looks nicer but for raw performance? 2 dimm. Same reason very high end overclocking boards like EVGA's have only two.I haven’t run 2x16 but in a BZ video he said it was the same as 4x8 for clocking..

Why B-die? it's glory days are long gone: it's old, and it's been discontinued for at least 2-3 years. It'll be harder to find nowadays than a pink unicorn on a poppy field during full moon.
I used to have an OEM kit of G.Skill b-die sticks, but after switching to whatever cheapest 3200MHz kit there was on the market at the time - didn't notice any difference.
I think the only thing that worked better, is XMP on 1st gen Ryzen, that's it. After upgrading to 3000-series even that wasn't good enough reason to keep running overpriced 5+y.o. sticks that could no longer hold anything above XMP.
And realistically, if you are building a gaming rig with no plans to bang your head on the keyboard, trying to figure out the best clocks/timings - it makes little to no difference. Just get any decent 3200-3600 kit, run it at XMP and call it a day.

I dont play warzone but it does come in 32GB kits 2x16does it come in 32 gb? / do you use 16gb on warzone
Same here. The flareX are b-die and i bumped them to 3800CL16 from 3200CL14 without any problem. I think they can go even higher I just didnt have time to give it a shot. You sure about that? B-Die is readily available.
Its good for tuning.. good for people who like to tinker.
XMP is pretty relaxed. I use my 3200C14 XMP profile only when venturing over 1900 1:1. With my 5600X I use the 3200C14 XMP profile to run 2100 1:1. Not C14 at that speed of course, but flat 15s works pretty decently with some voltage, flat 16s too with a little less voltage. Not bad for 3200C14 B-Die.
Ultra highspeed memory on AMD is a waste, unless you are benchmarking. I would say the high speed stuff would be better suited for Intel.

OP keeps talking "warzone" and pretty much nothing else that can explain his need for anything above average RAM or overclocking. I'm sure tweaking will only cause future problems, like "why my PC reboots", or "why am I having green screen in YT" etc. Not sure if I'm getting too old or too practical, but for the past 5-6 years things like overclocking RAM or CPU make little to no sense. Its good for tuning.. good for people who like to tinker.
I kinda doubt that. Manufacturers don't list whatever chips they are using, so if you could've bought B-die Ripjaws V Black a couple of years back, you would most likely get something along the lines of Micron E-die or Hynix CJR/DJR today. Not sure if it's a good or a bad thing - but that's just the way things are. Manufacturers only care about these sticks holding the spec, not about what letter is gonna show up in taiphoonYou sure about that? B-Die is readily available.
