very good info .. i'll try to see if moving our static images to different hostnames helps.

It's pretty wild stuff, I thought you would like it, especially... & it came from what I consider is a considerably expert source in this matter... folks @ GOOGLE iirc, from the slashdot article I read about it in today.

P.S.=> This is PARTIALLY why in my thread about FireFox 2.0 tweaks, I asked about if activation of "PIPELINING" (for some reason, I recall it being called HyperPipeLining) was possible in FireFox latest... it used to be in older models is why I asked it! It helps, client-side, apparently w/ quite a few of the server-side tweaks possible which this notes in that URL above... apk
