Please tell us which PSU you have?
You can also try your GPU on a friends computer (who has the required PSU), if it works, problem is with your system. If it doesn't RMA it.

The gpu is defective, get it replaced with a Brand new in box RX 6700+/6750XT, 6800XT, 6900/6950XT or newer.

Your PSU must be enough. Check the GPU in another PC like 81 suggested.

...or get a perfectly working 3060 if a card is on warranty.

so it can be a problem on the 3060 ??
It certainly could be a problem with the 3060.

I had a 3080Ti that did something similar. Was using the computer, doing nothing exciting (I was just working on ripping a TV series on DVD I just got and transcoding it through handbrake) when the image on the monitor died. I disconnected the DP cable on both ends, but that didn't do anything and power cycling the monitor didn't change anything. I had to power off the tower and back on to get the image back.

All was fine for a week or so. I had played some games during that time without issue so I thought nothing more of it.

A week later I was about 10 minutes into a game when the whole tower powered off on me. After a bit of work I came to find out that any system the GPU was used in caused the computer to not power on at all. The GPU had some kind of failure. Thankfully it was still under warranty and I got it replaced.

Sounds like the 3060 kicked the bucket, planned obsolescence...

thing that make me think that the gpu is still fully fonctional but it can be a driver or something

BIOS doesn't require the GPU driver since it hasn't loaded in yet. It could possibly be a driver issue, but that doesn't seem as likely as it being a faulty GPU.While things are still working (sort of) for you doesn't mean that your GPU is fine. It very well could be on its last legs.

Try testing your GPU in another system. If you can't do that maybe see if you can boot into Safe Mode. If you can get this far and you feel that driver is the culprit, you can uninstall the GPU driver and see if that fixes things for you. If you ask me, though, my guess would be the GPU is going kaput.

Looks like it's time for RMA.

You could also go to a chiplevel repair specialist. My friends gtx 970 was repaired by a chiplevel repair man.
