I am going to reinstall every driver possible. Is there a app to remove gpu drivers?

Ok go in your motherboards uefi/bios and enable it, also that monitor is stating something you might need to change something through the monitors OSD to a different port or configuration on the monitor itself

1002 164E 1462 7E26 is your msi motherboard, most likely the igp ports. Anyways, set initiate IGD/IGP First and Set mode to force, hook your monitor up to the igd port and ensure you select the correct port on the monitor OSD.

Where do I find this igp initiate?

Ok none of that worked and I had to power cycle a few times to get a gpu signal back

I can’t get to the bios anymore

Pay attention to your screenshots you posted in your 2nd to last post, theres your answer.

Hook your monitor up to your motherboard

Not sure if you already change it to IGD? First remove the RX 580 2048SP card and boot into bios to change the Iniate Graphics Adapter. Also your motherboard bios is quite old (10 August 2023). Since then more than ten new final bioses were released. Maybe wise to update your motherboard bios first.

After saving, do you try to boot into Windows once before (re)installing the graphics card in the pci-e slot?

No my pc barely wants to restart right now even. I am also going to try DDU again but in safe mode if my pc will actually boot for once

Vuur can you take a look at my event logs a little up in the chat cause I don’t know what it means do you?

I am not a event log expert so I can't help you with that. Please try what I have suggested earlier.
To speed up the boot process, you can enable "Memory Context Restore" which is a setting on AM5 platform

I think I found the issue DDU isn’t fully uninstalling all the drivers for my iGPU. After that, Windows automatically tries to update the drivers, which ends up corrupting them again. When I first boot into Windows after using DDU, my iGPU shows Error 31, and most of the time, Error 41 as well.

Is there another way to completely remove all drivers besides DDU and prevent Windows from automatically updating them?

DDU has an option to prevent driver installation:

If you are now able to boot with the RX 580 installed while the monitor is connected to the motherboard, you should be able to reflash the card.

The bios you shared earlier with us shouldn't be on that card since it has only Samsung K4G80325FB memory support while your card has physically Hynix H5GC8H24MJR.

These bioses with Hynix H5GC8H24MJR memory support might work:

I provided files earlier as well, not sure if this one is using ports on the motherboard and using the monitors OSD to switch to the correct port or what

Is it fine if I flash my bios while using the 580 as my display out, because no matter what I do my igpu won’t work with this gpu in.

I got here I don’t know what to do

I though you had no screen at all and needed a vbios recovery? Share the current output of GPU-Z with us?
