I bought the Gigabyte geforce gtx 1660 gaming oc 6g today and was struggeling because the fans would go 100% with no load and unable to control it. After many failed solutions I thought it was a good idea to flash the BIOS with:
Right when the flash finished I got these graphic bugs on screen.( see attach). Unfortunately I didn't back up my old BIOS. Is the card destroyed or can I get it right again.

It could mean quite a few things....

Either the memory is completely borked or the bios flash failing means something memory related is messed up on the card.

You most likely flashed the card with the wrong bios. What im gonna need you to do is take a picture of the white stickers with the model number of the card and take a picture of the memory underneath the cooler so we can find which bios is the correct one for you from our database.

take the pics and throw them up on here. @eidairaman1 will take it from here when he gets on.

Alright thanks mate. What is the best way to get a picture of the memory underneath the cooler.
Dismantling the card and removing the cooler.

Yo i did it, I just risked and tried another bios: 90.16.34.00.7A. It worked like a charm. And even my Fan Problem is gone now. All is working. Thanks for your help anyways.
