GPU GeForce 740M Thermal Throttling at low temperature, exactly 67C

Hello,

My NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M is thermal throttling at 67C. I can't play for 5 minutes at high core clocks because the GPU is lowering from 1058MHz to 405-548MHz.

PC SPECS:

Model: HP Pavilion 15-n048nr
Processor: Intel I7-4500U
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740
Memory: 8GB RAM

I already updated all system drivers, PC BIOS, removed dust, cleaned my Fan and applied Thermaltake TG3.
It seems the temperature limit is locked and encrypted in the vBIOS, I can't adjust Fan Speed or raise the TempLim with any software (MSI Afterburner, NVIDIA Inspector, SpeedFan...)

I used GPU-Z and NVIDIA Inspector to monitor my performance and temperature limit.
I attached my dxdiag.txt file, one FIFA 17 gameplay log txt that I monitored here.

FIFA 17 GPU-Z Monitoring: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5dJs-UxF6IJbUhZajh0O...

I really want some solution to bypass this low temperature limit as I don't think it will be possible to maintain my GPU below 67C while playing games.

Thank you for your attention.

Interesting, I had a VAIO Flip 15 a few years ago with almost the same specs and it behaved similarly - reaching 67-68C and clocking down. I could barely play any demanding game for more than 5-10 minutes. I ended up returning it to the store and exchanged it with something else. Subbed to this thread to find out more.
