GPU Memory Temprature is always high

Hello, I have this gpu ASRock RX 5500 XT and memory temps are always around 80C in a Air Conditioned room (24C). Is this safe for my gpu or is it high?
If it's high can you give me suggestions, the gpu has never been opened and still using every paste stock.
The game I used it on is Horizon Zero Dawn.

If the "always" means always when gaming then its normal. Typically even in more modern air cooled GPU cards, VRAM temp is around 75~85C when gaming.
VRAM chip heat is transferred to the card heatsink with thermal pads. Those tend to wear after a few years.
Also in order to have the right perspective, you have to know what was the temp of VRAM when the card was new and if it changed/increased overtime.

That's about what to expect, my reference 7900XT also had similar memory temps, it's fine.

I'm sorry but I thought It was memory temprature beside the gpu temprature. I think there is no temperature monitoring module on my card? If i ever wanted to check the temperature then how will i ever check it?
edit: the 1st row has GPU1 and GPU2 temps shown in MSI

Yes, it seems your card does not have VRAM temp sensor.
To my experience on small cards like yours VRAM temp should be somewhere between the two GPU temps you're getting, because the whole heatsink is small so temperature tends to even out everywhere.

GDDR6(X) likes to run hot anyway so nothing new here. My 3080's VRAM gets to low 60s with a fullcover waterblock, aircooled modern VRAM gets hotter.

this GPU does not seem to monitor VRAM Temps at all. And 80°C Hotspot or in this case a delta of less than 20°C is decent for any modern Radeon GPU.

Yeat it operates at 1750MHz since Gddr6 is octalpumped

GPU Hotspot Temprature is the VRAM Temprature on AMD Cards, i think from the rx7000 series they started to show vram temprature in hwinfo, but also in adrenaline software you can find it under the metric overlay

Max temps for GDDR6 are 105c so if you are only seeing 80c then your all good

Yes, "GPU Memory Temperature" showing by adrenalin metrics overlay and "GPU Memory Junction Temprature" by HWiNFO64 is the same sensor.
According to HWiNFO author this is the hottest spot among all memory chips and usually the upper operating limit is about 105~110C
