GPU-Z and CPU-Z window "rubberbanding"

Happy to inform that the most recent hotfix nvidia driver fixed this issues completely.
On both cpu-z and gpu-z.

Could it be the hardware polling rate of those applications?

Perhaps load more apps to rule out weird turboing issues as well. Like if your hw is turboing and throttling when just those windows are open.

It was really some driver bug.

I saw there was a hotfix for nvidia, installed it and the issue is gone.

But yeah, the problem was worse with higher polling rates, with 8k it was really bad.

Odd, I use stock usb polling rate whatever it is and no issues.

I have seen this happen with no video card driver installed.

Nice. I had it on win10 with amd/intel igpu. Did nvidia fix that?

I dont have the problem anymore so I'm guessing yes.
