GPU-Z not acitive

I downloaded the latest GPU-Z and installed on my laptop (HP 4540s with core i5,graphic card hd4000) but its not just displaying techpower logo and stood there not run .Look in the task manager, it was only appear in the process and turn off icon by endprocess.Older version are similar too
Why it does not run in my laptop ? Show me how to get runnning it

OP is saying when he runs the program, it displays the TPU splash, but doesn't go anywhere from there.

OP, just for fun, try running the .exe as Administrator. Just throwing something out there.
