GPU-Z showing different values while overclocking

First of all, sorry for my bad English, it's not my main language.

Hi, I'm sorry if this is already posted and explained somewhere, but I don't know what to search for so I couldn't find anything.

Anyways, GPU-Z isn't showing the correct values when I'm overclocking, or at least it looks like it.
Here is a screenshot of what I mean.

It doesn't show 'GPU Load' due to K-Boost.
