[GPU-Z Test Build] Better memory usage monitoring?

This build uses a slightly different way to count the memory usage. Maybe it helps with GPU mining monitoring.

Technical info:
GPU-Z monitors D3DKMT_QUERYSTATISTICS_SEGMENT_INFORMATION field BytesResident.
This build looks at BytesCommitted.

Not exactly sure what the difference is.
