[GPU-Z Test Build] Fix sluggish performance in CrossFire

When the second CrossFire card is in ULPS, it will not allow voltage monitoring to work. This causes some stuttering of the whole system.

The attached build should fix this.

YES this "new build" fixes the problem that I have with my ATi Radeon 7990 and ATi R9-295x2: when GPU-Z is monitoring the 2nd GPU (crossfired) and this GPU is in ULPS mode.
 
I've got a MSI GTX 780Ti GAMING 3G, using the latest drivers v340.52 in win8.1 x64.
and the latest official 0.7.9 release shows the checkbox for PhysX unchecked:

Redownload the original 0.7.9 from the official link, there was a bug which was fixed. You have downloaded before the fix was posted.

No, test builds are not promoted in any special way outside this forum. I have a few more fixes coming in the next days.
