GPU-Z thinks my 3650 BIOS isn't unique; it is.

I've been noticing some very odd quirks with my Sapphire Radeon HD 3650. I figured I'd see if there was a different (newer) BIOS I could flash to. Sure enough, my BIOS from Dec 2007 was certainly trumped by the other BIOSes from Jan 2008.

So, for the sake of archiving, I tried to upload my (completely unmodified) BIOS via GPU-Z only to have it complain that TPU already had my BIOS. I've been told that "The proof is in the pudding". So, ladies and gentlemen, I give you..

The pudding: (As reported by RBE)

My Sapphire HD 3650 DDR2 512MB PCI-e
BIOS date/time: 12/13/07 19:49
BIOS Version String: 11X-BE410CSA-001
BIOS Checksum: 0xAB00

The three similar GPU BIOSes on TPU:
BIOS date/time: 01/22/08 01:38
BIOS Version String: 11X-BE410CSA-002
BIOS Checksum: 0xAC00/0xAB00

Anything I'm missing? Also (slightly off topic), would flashing to the newer BIOSes hurt?

Edit: Due to never being able to wait for someone knowledgeable to say yes or no, I flashed. Temps are fixed, fan seems to work properly. Still, would this apparently older BIOS serve any purpose here on TPU?
