GPU-Z v0.5.4 system crash

Hi!
I am using GPU-Z now for a while. I downloaded the current release 0.5.4 yesterday.
After executing my system freezed completely.
I would like to rollback to the previous version, anyone knows where to download old versions?

System info:
I7-860
Radeon HD6970
Win7-64bit

did you have any other oc or monitoring tools running at the time of the crash?
a lot of people are using 64-bit windows + hd 6970 without problems

Works now with 0.5.4. Don't know what caused the crash.
