Both 2.40 and 2.40.2 show same result.

edit: update fixed after reinstalling older driver than installing new. DDU seemed to miss some tags. Issue probably arose when I reverted back to W10 from w11.

Your graphics driver is properly installed? What do you see on Advanced tab, "Rated clocks"?

Have you run DDU and then reinstalled the latest drivers?

I am on Windows 10 dev build 21390 however it detected my old 380 fine.
Hmm.. maybe that build causes something to break in the AMD driver. For older cards it was possible to read the clocks from the card. Now the GPU no longer has clocks and I need to ask the driver to give me the clock frequencies as determined by the marketing team

I actually just reinstalled AMD 21.6.1 then installed 21.6.2 over it again and now it seems to detect clocks & core count properly weirdly enough.

In the past i tried DDU and then 21.6.2 and it didn't work. I don't know if this is an issue isolated to me.

Nice! Probably some kind of AMD driver bug

Actually now that I think about it I did install windows 11 then reverted back to 10 and I assume DDU just didn't fix something that messed up when downgrading.
