That's right ladies and gentlemen. Are you willing to go from nVidia to ATI or vice versa over the latest graphic card's? nVidia's lastest card is due out tomorrow Nov. 9th 2010 (as well as Call of Duty: Black Ops) Right, so here is my case scenario. What if the new GTX 580 stumbles the next 6970, would you consider going green? What make's you think AMD would make such a move to delay their newest GPU's? Would you switch your preference over who has the better performance and tessellation?

6970 will be on par with a 580 or even slower, AMD position the 6970 behind the 5970 in performance. I would rather have the 580 as I prefer Nvdia drivers, software and overall better game support.

Why bother making this thread when one card isn't released until tomorrow and the other for a couple weeks? Plus, these X vs. Z threads never go well. This type of thread may better be served when both cards are actually released.
