I'll just summarize Bjorn word in short.
Basically he means your current 2nd profession is Warrior,after you do a mission you can do quest to be able to change that to whatever,your a R/W at this moment right,after doing the quest you be able to change that 2nd warrior profession on your ranger to say Monk,then you be able to access monk skills.
And you should link them all into one account because you be able to cross over to different areas like Faction and nightfall with your current character.
