Makes the most difference if you're CPU limited.

I keep HAGS disabled for a very simple reason: when enabled, and playing a game on one monitor, a YouTube video running on another monitor will stutter terribly. With HAGS off, no issues. I assume this is an NVIDIA driver bug, but I honestly don't care enough to troubleshoot further.

If it wasn't for DLSS3 in witcher and Cyberpunk I'd keep it disabled aswell.
