damn, no help? maybe ill get a different iso like ggOS or foxOS to see maybe those are better.

ill try other optimized iso and see. dont care for ms version. half the things there dont interest me in the least 99% of the time it wont even be connected to the internet. ill be playing mostly older games anyway or for editing. its not going to be my main pc. im splitting my main pc with a 2nd work/game pc. I feel its a mistake to use 1 as a main for everything.

Try dxwebsetup (offline version, if "online" one doesn't work).

so updating this. installed a different slimmed down w10 and all seems ok now. I guess ltsc tiny10 isnt good for gaming.
