Update : I m trying to RMA my mobo. atm so I have tried to check my card on my friend's pc...I have uploaded 3d06 score on 1st post..
I m always getting lower SM2 and SM3 score on this GPU. I donno why this happening!!

Check GPU-z to see if your card is going to 3D clocks like Widjaja suggested. If it is staying at 2D clocks, that could be the problem...and a bios flash should fix that.

clocks are fine....it isnt any problem. I am always keep GPUZ running in background while playing games. also tried Rivatuner and ATITool.

So you've reinstalled Windows? Tried a different videocard/motherboard bios? Tried a 32bit Windows? If so, and your 100% sure it's the mobo, RMA it.

yup. formatted PC, installed Vista x64,x32 XP x64 and now I tested on my Friend's PC.
however plz can u look at my SM2 and SM3 score? is it depends on CPU? if not, doesnt it seem very low on my scores? just worrying abt it.

p.s. I lost my mobo while upgrading BIOS so have to RMA it finally! :)

It seems more like a PCI-e issue, I think. If it worked fine in another board with a lower clocked CPU, then in your board...I just think that a new mobo should sort things out, if not then RMA the card.
