so basically i shook my pc hard to hit the ground and turned off. nowit takes 7 ,8 restart so gpu gets randomly detected so i can post or boot but arifact all over the place.
after lucky windows boot: - terrible artifact all screen hard to read anything , terrible performance it feels like gpu first plugged without driver.

driver install: ryzen 3600 cannot boot without a gpu, also driver cannot be installed if it doesnt detect gpu, but driver install went through.

so i tested another gpu and everything worked fine, now i know its the gpu.
- tried to flash GPU bios but i chose wrong one, somehow the no-post problem is gone even after wrong bios flash, but pc turns off after post ( i can get into bios but crash while loading to pass post)

dowloaded 4 bios and tried all,
'' atiflash -f -p 0 bios.rom'' says adapter not found

am just trying to properly flash bios to be able to boot, thrn i will find a solder solution.

exact same artifact here:

Reseat the gpu

You are using wrong commands

its not a problem of reseat i spent about an hour trying to post, than many problems showed up read above

atiflash -f -p 0 bios.rom
after hitting enter, it tries to load something for about 3,4 sec then says adapter not found

Maan that guy in the video just cooked (overheated) that memory chip, just look at how brown it looks afterwards. That fix wont last long. While working with larger chips you always need to preheat the board first. And then grab the heat gun but with larger nozzle because you need to spread the heat more uniformly. And never exceed 350-380C temperature. The smaller nozzle is only for smaller components, like an ic of a cellphone board.

Follow this guide here but use version amdvbflash 3.31, 3.20 3.15.

For 2.93

Make sure to download ati/amdvbflash 2.93, not 3.15, 3.20, 3.31.

Here

Make sure to click show older versions under 4.68 to get 2.93

Download Display Driver Uninstaller from the web it is by wangard soft i believe, uninstall the gpu drivers.

To flash
Follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your "C:" drive in Windows, create a new folder, call it atiflash.

2. Extract the contents of atiflash_293.zip to the "C:\atiflash" folder

3. Find the bios file you downloaded and rename the bios file to rx580.rom

4. Move rx580.rom to the "C:\atiflash" folder

5. Open the start menu, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears right click it and hit "Run as administrator"

6. At the command prompt type in cd\ and press enter until only C:\> is on the screen.

7. Type in cd/atiflash and press enter, you should see C:\atiflash>

8. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
(there is a space between the e and -unlockrom and 0)(0 is the number zero)
press enter and you will be prompted that the "ROM Unlocked"

9. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 rx580.rom
(there is a space between the .exe and -f, and a space between -f and -p and 0)press enter.

Follow directions on screen and if flash is successful exit the command prompt and restart, windows should show up on screen.

As per visual inspection, you may also want to check the gpu die itself for any damage (scuffs, cracks or chipping), if there is noticeable damage then your card is toast. Take your time to clean it with alcohol and properly inspect it, it will save you time and possibly money.

i did today, i inspected it very close and nothing seem to be cracked or broken, i did not throw or hard drop the pc, i just shook it at the ground a bit hard, i believe that it went off and burned one of the memory a0 or a1 cause it looked exactly the same on the guy video, like i said am strugling with flashing back the bios first then ill do voltmeter checking and ptobably soldering if i find the issue and get hand on some replacement parts.

Well i provided 2 guides above, use them

i have tried the latest 3 versions of amdvbflash and all of them returned '' bad command '' or unable to run it
so i went back to 4.17 and was able to run atiflash but then the command refused to run '' adapter not found'' which i think its the main problem of the gpu not being detected maybe i burned some component related to that when i shook it.
i will try your tip
i will try the 1;8 pin
last i will borrow another gpu so i can flash mine with '1' not 0 in pcie 2

@eidairaman1 also why my second bios refuses to post at any chance ?

Sounds to me your card is physically damaged, 2nd bios may have been a mining bios.

if you can post screenshots of what atiflash actually tells you that would help solve the problem. Could be a wrong syntax, you are also supposed to only use 1 graphics adapter to avoid confusion. Try the -i parameter to actually see how your card is being identified in the system.

And they are gone

And they are gone
not am not, sorry for no answer
i contacted sapphire to provide me the original bioses, still waiting
also i tried to find hynix memory replacement and nobody in my country even knows about this kind of details, so am kinda giving up on fixing it,
ill just try bioses from sapphire and buy another gpu and save this incase i can find memory in the future and solder them

sapphire has ptovided me with bios
but sadly the pc still post (means it detects a gpu) but atiflash says no adapter found

Go to time frame 1:38, pay attention to it

intresting, i have seen this but never tried it, ty a lot
Use the 2nd video because it seems clearer and follow his directions

okey

so i checked the card there are 3 similar components
2 identical and 1 very similar
so tecnically one of the 2 is main bios i clipped 1-8 no boot
i clipped the second no boot

after i checked google images for which component i should clip it appears the third one with the note: U4521 ( how can i have only 1 of that component when my card has 2 bioses)
so i clipped it and now not even post

Which has a physical dimple in the chip?

number 3 has a dmall blue mark you can see it on the screen
but whatever clip i make it doesnt post at all
if i dont clip it does post but black screen exactly like the video
why i only have 1 U4521 chip when my card has 2 bioses

google says pm25lq020b ( chip 3 on my screen) is bios chip, idk why i have only 1

so, i clipped 1 with 8 ( diagonal) no post
i clipped 1 with 5 (upper opposite like some ppl say) also no post

Ok the board needs a repair, no bios flash will fix it

motherboard ? or gpu board
if i just had the tools i will check which component need to be replaced i would give it a try
but sadly... and nobody in my town understands this type of things

i managed to flash bios with the version sapphire provided me,
now i can post-boot with ease same as before,

ryzen 3600 booting normally means it detects a gpu, but the issue remains i cannot launch any application cause somehow the gpu is not working properly
