HELP! CCC wont open, neither will ATI Tool

I downloaded CCC from download.com and from this site for the 64 bit version becuase i am on a winxp 64bit. CCC installed. I double click it and nothing happens everytime. Same with ATI Tool. Now i have no way to OC my 4850 Any suggestions?

Yes. Get the drivers and CCC from the official site. game.amd.com, never use other sites just in case.

No need mate. Go to the forums and find the 8.7 Betas. They're better than the official 8.7 release.

well i can now OC in CCC and got it open, no need for atitool becuase CCC says that the max mem i can go is 1110mhz and i maxed out the core at 700 from 625 which i think is pretty decent. i guess the core could max more but idk if its worth it. ill get the 8.7 beta in a sec, thanks.

Which is the 8.7 not the 8.7 beta.
