I want to buy a monitor mostly for gaming use. I was thinking about buying the DELL U2412M (I like the 16:10 ratio) but then I thought maybe a 1920X1020 27 inch screen would be nicer. Where I live the only screens with that specs are:

BenQ GW2750HM
Dell S2740L
Samsung T27B300MA
LG 27EA33V
LG E2742V
Samsung P2770HD
Fujitsu SL27T1-LED
Samsung T27A550
(No Asus monitors in my country)

Which one do you recommend? or don't recommend a 27" 1920X1020 at all?

Well my vote is for samsung because of the effective image display results and the picture quality is just fabulous . I think you should go with Samsung T27B300MA
