Help Identifying Multi-Purpouse Card

Hey guys, got a strange one here. Got an expansion card from a customer's PC that was due for retirement, but I can't find any info on it. It has a yellow PCB, two external USB ports, one internal, one Firewire external and one internal and an ethernet port. The only things that I can see on the card that look like model numbers are thus:

E189350

Google searches come up with graphics cards, SCSI cards, USB cards and LAN cards but nothing for this particular card.

Any particular brand of PC? Vendor site may narrow down the search if it's an OEM card.

It looks homebuilt, but EVERYTHING says Mercury on it. The case, the GPU, the PSU. It identifies itself as a Mercury Rivo.

Well, it has a Realtek and a NEC chip, that's a start. I'd guess that the RT chip is for the ethernet and the NEC takes care of the USB and possibly the IEEE1394 ports. The RT drivers should be easily attainable, I don't know about the NEC chip.

look for a string of letters and numbers beginning with FCCID. Likely written in very small print, possibly etched into the circuit board itself. If it was ever certified to sell in the US it has an FCC ID number that might help. That's about as much help as I can be

That was one of the first things I looked for. It says it was tested to comply with FCC standards, but there's no FCCID number.

:/ Yeah I saw FCC in the pic, without the number so I figured it would be a longshot. What ever happened to the good ole days when FCCID89342658734265 was etched into every circuit board ever produced? The USA's unilateral policies DO sometimes come in handy.

1. When downloading drivers, I would assume that you should get the ones for "Hardware Version: 2" given the "V2.0" on the top-right of the card you posted a picture of. (I have a Version 2 of an SIIG USB Audio Device, it has "V2.0" printed on it in similar font.)
2. If needed, I don't see any 64-bit drivers at SIIG. You could try looking up the individual controllers/chips on the card by their own numbers.
