Currently using Naverisk. Basically, before a computer is deployed, I install the Naverisk client and I can control all of the third party upgrades through it.

However, lately it has been giving me issues so the company has decided to try something else.

One thing to consider, whatever new platform we migrate to:

1) It MUST have a native client feature (a client I can install on every PC before deploying it to employees)
2) Management console must be accessible through the web
3) Remote assistance/control features are not necessary since I use Teamviewer for that.

I was looking into PDQ, but apparently it does not run a native client on the computer.

Company size: 60 computers

Any ideas?

Not sure your budget or the scope of management you need, but Continuum ITSupport works well for us, and has deployable agents for servers and clients alike, management console, can run scripts, and customize it for how you want it to be deployed and what it can do on deployed workstations.

I believe Solarwinds has some good options, but again can be costly. I've seen that used in various government organizations with great success. Very good level of monitoring. Have you looked into Spiceworks?

Labtech works well, however may be more than what you need (it has a really good remote support integration with ScreenConnect). Also CentraStage works fairly well. Again these are full MSP products and probably overkill.

I used spice works and it was ok but I finally landed on naverisk.

what are your issues with naverisk? (I'm doing teh trial)

I used manageengine at my last job for awhile and dont recommend it.
