I've been thinking about upgrading my Antec 1200 for a while now for a few reasons. I'm looking to get away from those "gaming" style cases and am looking for something more simple looking. I want a classy simple aluminum preferably black case. One thing that I do love about my Antec is the removable dust filters. It would be nice if they were easier to get to. So I would say that those are mandatory. Noise is also a concern. I would like my case to be as quiet as possible but being a gaming case at the same time airflow is also a concern. So there has to be a balance there. I won't ever be running sli or cf. I don't ever plan on doing any water cooling so this will be a pure air cooling case. A smaller case would also be nice but I'm a bit flexible on that one.

I'm really thinking about the Silverstone FT02b. Other than size and price it matches all of my criteria. This case looks great My only concerns are size (I don't know how they classify that as a mid tower) and the reverse ATX aspect. Since the door is on the "wrong" side the case will not be able to fit under my desk and I would probably have to move some things around and have it on top of my desk which might not be bad but I would rather not do tbh.

Any advice or suggestions would be great, thanks.

PS anyone who thinks about recommending an HAF, leave now. :p

The Silverstone FT01-B looks sleek and well constructed with a standard motherboard arrangement.

Really wanted to get one for myself but yeah...price. Hence the HAF :p
