Look at your second result - its 4% slower
Not zero, but pretty damn small for a 20c drop

Simply raise the PBO values 5% higher and see what happens

Yeah i was just comparing the ECO mode that in GerKNG case only lost ~400 pts in MC and in my case i lost ~1400 pts
I might try some of the configurations posted on your topic since i got a Arctic LF II 360mm AIO

Edit:
Been trying some differet combination and this was my best fast test so far
Also my 360 AIO is not at 100%, my curve is very silent focused

PPT/TDC/EDC: 128/80/125
CO: -20 best -25 rest
Boost: +50
1588 for single

You should have the AIO pump as high as possible, fan speeds dont need to be as high
If they're locked together, control the fans by something else (connect to mobo etc)

Oh and dont forget background services make a huge change to cinebench - ditching RGB software for example, you'll get a boost quitting them but also a boost by uninstalling them since they always have a dozen lingering services
Any and all programs, services or processes running will have a negative effect

Well i had that question about the pump being at 100% and Arctic support said that i could set small pwm .
Currently if i want to separate the fans from pump i need a cable cause the fans have a short cable.

I ended up changing the CO, cause for some strange reason Core 1(3rd best) was failing a 2min corecycler at -25 and -20
I have for now CO: 1,2&3 at -15 /-23 rest
105/70/95
15195MC 62C and 1599SC 61C
I'm pretty happy with the scores/temps so i might keep it.

Need to make more stability tests, any advise about corecycler configs for that?

They're settings in BIOS where you can set stuff such as throttle limit
1) I used cinebench R23.200 and I got 15.193 Multicore and 1.581 Single Core. I reached 90º. Regardless of the heat, is that performance ok or did it throttle due to temps?
Yes, 90º is the throttle limit for 5800x out of the box
you should get 15340 multicore and 1620 single

as you can see @bigslb is getting 15673 multicore score.

Greetings, I have just inaugurated a new pc with a Ryzen 5800x (stock settings, I haven't changed anything). The Temperatures and the noise that I get from the liquid cooling are making me not happy at all. I have read that this processor is wild and hot, But I was wondering if I could do something either with the cooling or the processor settings, but the thing is that I am a complete ignorant in this, and I don't want to either destroy the processor or ending with one that doesn't give me the performance I paid for. My other components:

1) I used cinebench R23.200 and I got 15.193 Multicore and 1.581 SIngle Core. I reached 90º. Regardless of the heat, is that performance ok or did it throttle due to temps?

2) The rpm of the pump of the cooling is almost stable at 2410rpm. Is this too little? that is the official value that I have found in the cooler master webpage, but Could I get it higher through bios or software without any problems?

3) I have watched a video of a guy saying that this problem could get fixed altering the PPT down to 115w or even to 105w, the TDC to 100, and the EDC to 80 and he also mentioned something about PBO (I Hace 0 knowledge about all those weird letters) He said that he only lost max 5% in performance. My rigs idles at 50-55 with spikes up to 65º with doing very little. With videogames I can get up to 73º-75º and the fan noise is to shoot myself in the head.
Those are very normal temps, cinebench always pushes the 5800x to the absolute limit. What I would suggest is undervolting and also setting a custom fan curve. If you don't feel confident messing with the bios you could switch to quieter fans but it won't do much.

Had the same temps as you prior to undervolting, temps are 10-15C lower under load now but the clock speeds are higher than before. I used this video as a guide and had no issues. My cooler is a 240mm lian li AIO btw

This came up in other threads and youtube videos, but some boards simply lie about their stats and over-volt and over-wattage the shit out of ryzen CPUs
MSI, asus and asrock all came up with various boards from 5-40% inaccuracy

Definitely run PBO limits (Link in my sig has suggestions) but tune them in - if you get higher performance at the same settings as others, it's a clue your boards misleading the results and you need lower ones

(1% performance for 5% more wattage might be 1% performance for 20% more wattage, on the screwed up boards)

Some boards sure lie…
Some big time and other less.

HWiNFO64 has a sensor* that can show this under full(only) CPU load.

* “Power Reporting Deviation”

Also it’s necessary to enable “Snapshot CPU Polling” from settings, not just for this but in general.

If it helps, I can run anything under the sun on my X3D with no fans on my FC140 and it will not overheat..

People say its a hot chip, 90c with a D15.. the king of air :D

It's all about the baseplate contact

I need to redo mine with the stock mounting as i overtightened my waterblock and it's warped the mounting slightly (derbauer offset mount, it's joining the new curved everything revolution)

Yessir, I agree. My new Thermalright coolers perform better than my old Thermalright coolers do on AMD 7nm.
