Please tell me what is the maximum temperature reported by Hard Disk Sentinel and when did it say it happened? HEAT can make a harddrive throttle it speeds for protection.

I see that your WD Black reached a temperature of 51Cels on a bit ago which may have triggered the throttle down and the throttle down may have triggered the 2% loss seen in Hard Disk Sentinel. IT is pretty important to have proper cooling around the harddrives which can be done with an additional fan or replacement of current case fans. Good luck.
EDIT: while this is a bit hot is not not very dangerous at the reported temps and having the 5 year warranty.....i would say when you can maybe be sure there is a case fan Blowing onto your WD Black and that may help what you are seeing.

NO it is not a problem and the last post I made shows just how little that 2% is. Again for clarity NO PROBLEM but you may want to ensure the hardrive has a case fan blowing air from the outside of the case to the inside of the case onto the hardrive and almost all case have an option for this.
this maybe just a language barrier and a bit of worried caution-ness
