I had been falshed my HD2400XT BIOS yesterday, but failed. When Power ON ,the Debug LED display "26".The LCD no display. It is show "Programme success!" when i flash bios use WinFlash. How can i do now? Pleash help me! Thanks.

You will need a different video card so you can boot into windows and re-flash the original bios to the card.

This is the reason why flashing your bios is dangerous, you should read very carefully about the risks and ways to fix the issues.

yes i done.i use a x550@PCI-E 4th Interface the hd2400xt @ 1st Interface ,but when i run "atiflash -i 0" the display "ATI X550(RV370)" run"atiflash -i 1 "display"Not found!" the atiflash.exe ver 3.6

why?

i, also, have a hd2400xt mobility in a acer tm5720. flashed the ati and now got 3 beeps and blank screen at boot up. any solution to fix, maybe a MB bios with vga included? please, i need help with this. thanx... :banghead:

with both cards in, run atiflash -i

then once your cards are displayed select the correct device ID be it 0 or 1
if your card isnt displayed when you type : atiflash -i then ati flash wont detect it

unplug system pull card out and reinsert card but this time

insert the card you want to flash into your PCI express port closest to the bottom of your case and the one your useing to see the card into pci express port closest to the cpu

then try atiflash -i again. if that doesnt work your basicly screwed.
unless you can find someone with another pc to try to get it detected.

cant't two vga

mi hd is in a acer tm 5720g. is modul but can't put two boadrs. are there vga boards on pcimcia. that would be mi only option, or a crisis solution like restoring MB bios.... any idea?

thanx

Pm me, if you send the card to me i will fix it for you and send it back. though you would have to pay delivery back and forth.

its really easy to fix these types of mishaps.

I would actually suggest running Winflash if you have two cards. There is no risk harming the working one as long as you don't flash the other bios onto it by accident and if you fail, you can just keep on trying. Although doing it in DOS is less prone to failures, being able to graphically see what's going on is very reassuring especially after a failed flash.

replyed to your pm m8 ;)
