help!! Rx 580 error 43

I bought this card mllse rx 580 2048sp from aliexpress ( yeah i know now, they were used for mining, but as someone from a 3rd world country our cheapest way of getting a gpu is through Aliexpress) i have been using it for 3 months now till we had lights out while the pc was on, after the lights came back, i switch on the pc to notice the amd software saying the drivers have failed to load, checked on device management and saw the error 43, i have gone through a lot of threads here, flash different rom but still the same. someone please help me out. i have attached the rom i have flash too.

i don't know the power rails but i hope this angles do, it looks like glue not burned and i have added the back too just in case

As i saw in your pictures, it seems that those electronic pieces are busted.
So either you take the video card to a repair shop or you let it go.
