Since I got my new power supply I can push my system little faster. I OCC my sapphire 5770 900/1300 and have no problem with that. Problem is that I don't know what is the safe overclock for my PII 720 since my motherboard is for CPU with TDP up to 95W. Right now PII 720 works on default voltage on 3.2 GHz. I push t it to 1.4V and 3.4 GHz and it work t stable, but I'm afraid that at that voltage TDP is around 110-120W and I might damage motherboard... How far should I go? Also I have strange temp readings where core temps and CPU temps are 20 C different, and I don't know to witch temps should I trust.

You won't damage the motherboard it will just not be stable due to the lack of power that the motherboard can supply the CPU.

So I can push CPU all the way until it becomes unstable?

Your mobo doesn't have a VRM heatsink so I'd feel more secure, if it were me, if there was a fan blowing cool outside air over that area. Does your side cover have a fan or place to mount one?

No it doesen't. It's a very cheap blueberry case... I have one fan below PSU taking air out (that one fan reduced temp for about 10C when I installed it), and I placed somehow one small intake fan to cool HDD s... Temp in the Case is very low, right now is about 25 C... How far do you suggest to push my CPU?

That CPU will put out some serious heat if you overclock and depending on your climate that case will get very hot inside. Do yourself a favor and take the side cover off and run a box fan on low in the room you have it in and you'll be fine until you can dremel a hole in that cover and mount your fan. Good Luck and Happy New Year!
