Did you check your CPU core temps while stressing them with Cinebench R23 or alike?
What are your CPU temps at stock speed?
What cooling are you using?

Even at stock speed under load you're already over 100C...
I don't see any benefit overclocking this CPU, since it's at stock speed already pretty much maxed out, unless you will use liquid nitrogen to cool it....

my score in Cinebench R23 is 40050 and the max temp is 93

in stock speed the cpu max is 81

my cooler is NHD15 WITH STRONGER FAN 2000 RPM

"Intel does allow you to increase the temperature limit, up to 115°C, which helps avoid throttling. High temperatures seem to be the new normal anyway."
