Hello
It's been a while since I have posted on this forum but I have a question and I think this is the best place to ask it.
I recently acquired an Asus 980Ti Strix GC OFF EBay as untested but potentially working. Altgough when I got it in my PC it won't boot up (surprise surprise).
The card itself powers on fine with all LED lights lit and the fans spinning eye. However the mother board hangs on De-bug code 62 on gigabyte K7 x370 gaming.
This refers to the PCH installation or something which from what I have been reading is usually caused by bad firmware on a device.
What I want to ask is does anyone think it's worth me attempting to flash the original bios (If I can find it somewhere) back to the card or does this 62 De bug error mean it's just dead.
Any information would be appreciated.
Cheers Frank.
(PS if this is the wrong place for this thread I apologise!)
