Help with RBE & Catalyst 9.1

Has the card been flashed? I had that same problem when I flashed my card I flashed it back to the orginal one. I will never flash my card again and I used ATI flash I didnt flash in Vista. Not sure what the issue is I will check when I get home to see if RBE can detect my card now.

Come to think of it I believe that error is a driver issue I will have to look when I get home how I fixed it. I think I had to go into the resgistry and delete some things.

Nope this card was never flashed before and also i was trying it with overcloaked and stock and was still getting that error anyways i was going to try and flash it with this custom bios i have but it won't let me cuz of that error
