Hello!

I recently purchased an ex-mining PowerColor RX560 4g with only dvi. It uses a 6 pin.

It was only $19 since it has error code 43. The seller had tried to reflash it to no avail.

Although it was advertised as booting to Windows, i cannot seem to get any post with this card as the sole display adapter.

Throwing in my RX580 for a display i got to w10 and it was recognized as an RX560 but error code 43 and GPUz only shows some info.

I tried flashing several vbios versions with no positive changes. I also just repasted it.

System specs:

Ryzen 5 2600 @4.2ghz
2x8gb g.skill Aegis overclocked to 3466mhz cl18.
Msi b350 gaming plus
Corsair CX550m

GPUs:

PowerColor RX560D 4gb GDDR5.
Sapphire RX480 8gb (asus RX580 oc vbios)

I figured if anyone cpuld get this running correctly its the guys at techpowerup!

Any ideas? I can try it in an lga775 system but i doubt that will help

I even tried running a hairdryer on it, but obviously it didnt help.

Dead card is dead card

Send the card back or get white sticker pics from card back/side of heatsink and then pics of card ram.

Eh i just ended up selling it for a little more than i paid for it. I have another dying rx560 that i think i can warranty claim.

Were you honest about the card not working?

Ofc. I paid $19 for the card in dead condition and sold it for $25 as not outputting video but did provide screenshots of device manager and gpuz.

Idk what they buyer did with it.

Well good because people can get a bad rap for harware they are selling here even banned if they are not honest
