Hi!

I am new in using ThrottleStop and i would like some help setting up the program.
Currently i have no control in FIVR tab.
I've tried modifying TPL number but on the Limits tab i get yellow and red EDP OTHER and PL2.
Can someone please help me setting up ThrottleStop ?

My PC Specs if required:
Dell Inpiron 5570
Intel i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz with Intel UHD Graphics 620
16GB RAM DDR4-3200
1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD
AMD Radeon 530
Windows 11 22H2

When using Windows 11 you have to disable Virtualization Based Security including core isolation memory integrity if you want the ThrottleStop FIVR window to work correctly. You need to do this so ThrottleStop has access to the CPU voltage control register. After you do that, restart, delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file and then post updated FIVR and TPL screenshots.

In the TPL window do not check the Sync MMIO box. Set the turbo time limit back to the default value which is usually 28 seconds. Press Apply and then check the MMIO Lock box near the top right of the TPL window and press OK.

Set the PP0 Power Limit back to 0 and set the PP0 time limit to the minimum, 0.0010 seconds. Press Apply and then clear the PP0 Power Limit check box. There is no need to use the PP0 power limit. Avoid making random changes that no one else is making.

If you are using the latest BIOS version then it is likely that Dell has locked out CPU voltage control. I cannot tell for sure until VBS is disabled. There is a link in my signature that shows how to do this.
