Help with undervolting HP Spectre x360 - 8550u

Hey everyone!

I'm quite new to undervolting and meddling around with ThrottleStop. It would be great if I could get some help managing my laptop from PL1&2 throttling while under loads and also squeezing out some performance at the same time. I'm running quite stable with the settings, however I'd like some input in places where they could be improved as well, whether I should be changing any settings or something I should completely avoid. The CPU temps hover around 32-34C when idle and get upto 72-76C under full load with the fan running. I haven't experience any form of thermal throttling so far. It only PL1&2 and EDP Other throttles while running stress tests. My C0% hovers around 0.5-1.2 when idle.

Also, my processor runs at a maximum of 3.2Ghz even if my laptop model states 1.8Ghz upto 4.0Ghz using Turbo Boost. Anyone know what's going on? I'm clueless.

EDIT: Also, when I'm off of a restart, the speedshift value randomly changes to 0 and I find my processor running at 3.8-3.9Ghz speed. When I take some action on my laptop, such as opening File Explorer or an application, the speedshift value changes to 84 and the processor speed slows down. Is this normal? How come my processor doesn't reach 4.0Ghz during Turbo but does so in such a circumstance?

If it’s only undervolting you’re after then XTU is pretty good for that. It’s what I use for an offset voltage for my XPS 9560

I just want to kind of tune my laptop well enough so that it performs well without much throttling, and also help out my battery life at the same time. Maybe I'm asking for too much haha..
