I installed new window 8 on my raid drive, but accidentally it was installed on the different drive. That different drive has 2 partitions: 1 is recovery, 2 is data. Now when booting, it asks me 2 different option to boot. How can I delete the second option because the first option is on a raid drive. Now, I don't see Data partition in my computer. I don't know what to do.

Format, setup your RAID and reinstall. Best to only have the RAID drives hooked up when doing this.
