On some older cards, all outputs can't be used at the same time. But I think that it shouldn't be the case with Polaris (RX400/500) cards.
Oh no, I didn't mean that.. I meant that the computer is working perfectly with any monitor and the monitor is working perfectly with anything else. But not with each other.

Yeah it's just an incompatibility between the 2 then. Just like how some GPUs and motherboards don't like eachother no matter how hard you try to get them to work together.
