How 2 Overclock a AMD Phenom 9600 Black Edition

i have a question i am really new in AMD and the Bios advanced menu is really advanced for me can u guys give me a good stepping plan 2 overclock the Phenom 9600 Black?
BTW i have the bugged stepping B2 :banghead:

Okay well what settings do you have in the bios for volt options ?
you cpu should overclock easly. try setting your cpu core to 0.15v more then stock and disable cool n quiet give the ram a little bit more power then stock and start uping eather your multy or your FSB i had my phenom at 2.662mhz but my 500W ultra is to weak for me setup
