my clock speed was slowing down and power text popped out i searched my cpu's default TDP it was 15w im really confused why is it power throttling on default manufacturers TDP? how do i fix this

why is it power throttling on default manufacturers TDP?
That is what all Intel CPUs do.

Intel says the 4300U has a 15W TDP rating, both the MSR and MMIO long term PL1 power limits are correctly set to 15W by the manufacturer and your computer is power limit throttling right at 15W. What part of this do you not understand? Your CPU is working exactly as intended.

There is no point in opening up multiple threads about the same thing. I am going to close this thread.
